General Terms of the Agreement The Greek Designers Store reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these terms and conditions of transactions made through its e-shop, in accordance with its operational needs and ethical business practices. We undertake the obligation to inform users of any modifications or changes through this website. Please note that any change in terms does not affect orders you have already placed.

Provided Information & Products Our company is fully committed to the quality, completeness, and validity of the information provided on our website, regarding both the exact details displayed and the services provided by our e-shop, subject to any technical or typographical errors that may have escaped our attention, occurred unintentionally, or resulted from website downtimes due to force majeure.

3. Limitation of Liability While we strive for absolute perfection, the company cannot be held liable to clients/users for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order. Furthermore, we reserve the right to alter delivery times of goods in cases of force majeure. The e-shop cannot guarantee product availability but guarantees to promptly inform end consumers in the event of unavailability and to refund any payments made.

Under no circumstances shall the e-shop be liable for any legal, civil, and/or criminal claims, nor for any damage (direct, special, or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, alternatively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost earnings, monetary satisfaction, etc.) from website visitors or third parties arising from a cause related to the operation or non-operation and/or the use of the website and/or inability to provide services and/or information available through it and/or from any unauthorized third-party interventions in products and/or services and/or information available through it. We make every effort to provide high-quality services; however, we cannot guarantee there will be no website interruptions or "human" errors when updating/listing the price or characteristics of a product.
