Warranty - Returns

Return Conditions: You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in pristine, original condition (unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations or fragrances).
• Have all original designer tags securely attached and untouched.
• Be returned in its original luxury packaging, which is considered part of the product.

How to initiate a return:

• Contact Us: Simply email us at eshop@greek-designers.com with your Order Number and let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange (e.g., a different size or item).
• Pack: Carefully place the item back into its original packaging.
• Ship: Our concierge team will promptly guide you through the exact steps to securely send the parcel back to our headquarters.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will swiftly process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new, beautifully packaged piece.
